上海轨道交通13号线世博园区专用交通联络线工程淡水路站—马当路站区间隧道下行线盾构出洞口采用液氮竖直冻结加固。介绍了液氮冻结壁及冻结孔的设计、液氮冻结施工流程、冻结效果和拔除冻结管的过程。
Taking a running tunnel (Danshui Rd. Station to Madang Rd. Station) of Shanghai Metro Line 13(Shanghai Expo traffic exclusive lane) for the example, the tunnel shield opening of its downlink was strengthened by use of liquified nitrogen vertical freezing. Several points were put forward including the design of liquified nitrogen freezing wall and hole, the construction process of liquified nitrogen freezing, the freezing effect and removing the freezing pipe.
