摘要
目的探讨受检者在高、低磁场磁共振扫描中的体温变化及规律,为正确预防、分析和处理受检者在检查过程中出现的发热症状提供依据。方法分别选取0.2 T MR和3.0 T MR磁场扫描受检者52、43例,以配对资料试验设计方法,观察对比磁共振(MR)检查前后的体温变化及不同磁场强度下的升温效应。结果MR检查对受检者具有非常明显的升温效应(P<0.001),且3.0 T MR的升温效应明显高于0.2 T MR。结论不同强度磁场的MR检查对人体均有不同程度的升温效应,升高幅度按一般医学常识不会造成普通受检者健康损害,但体温超过38.5℃者应先降温处理,于37.5℃以下再做MR检查,检查过程应避免伴随生理性或物理性发热因素,因某些原因而造成体温调节机能不良者在检查过程中应予以特别关注。
Objective To explore the changes of body temperature for patients with high-and low-field MR scanning and to find out evidence to prevent, analyze and deal with the changes of body temperature when performing MR examination. Method 52 and 43 patients are respectively studied 0. 2 T and 3.0 T MR. The changes of body temperature and different warming effects before and after examination on different field strength MR are observed respectively. Result MR examination of the subjects have a significant warming effect. 3. 0 T MR warming effect was significantly higher than that of 0.2 T MR. Conclusion Different field strength MR examination of the human body have different degrees of warming effects. The warming on body temperature will not cause damage to the health of the patients. Those with higher body temperature than 38.5 ℃ should deal with cooling, and then to do the following MR examination when lower than 37. 5℃. The patients with bad temperature control mechanism should be particularly concerned.
