摘要
经方"胶艾汤",仲景为治疗妇人冲任虚损,阴血不能内守所致多种出血证而设。以调理冲任、养血止血,为治崩漏要方。阿胶养血止血,艾叶温经安胎,一阴一阳,同奏养血安胎之功,二药为治崩漏的要药,共为君药;川芎、芍药、当归、地黄即为后世之四物汤,既可补肝肾、益精血,均为臣药;甘草和中缓急,调和诸药,是为佐使之药。临诊善用"胶艾汤",并随症加减,常用本方治疗功能性子宫出血、产后恶露不绝等,疗效明显。
The classic prescription Jiaoai Decoction is invasived by zhongjing for women＇s disorder of blood because of impairment of chong and ten channels and unconserved blood, which of regulating thong and ren, enriching and arresting bleed, and is the valuable proscription for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Donkey hide gelatin（DHG） enriches and arrests bleed,Chinese mugwort leaf warms meridian and calms fetus. They both are the principal drugs for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, and the proscription＇ s monarch drugs which belong to yin and yang, taking effect of enriching blood and calming fetus. Rhizomaiigusticichuanxiong, Chinese Peony, Chinese Angelica, and Radix Rehmarmiae which are the composition of Siwu decoction in afterworld, are supple- mentary drugs by nourishing Liver and Kidney and reinforcing essence and blood. It~ the satsukai drug as Glycyrrhiza to regulating spleen and stomach and relieving spasm, and conciliating all drugs. The author is good at applicating Jiaoai Decoction and adding or subtracting according to the different syndrome types on clinic, and takes significant treatment effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and prolonged Iochia.
