不同饲养水平对荷斯坦公牛网胃和瓣胃器官发育及组织形态的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Different Feeding Levels on Organ Development and Tissue Morphology of Reticulum and Omasum of Holstein Bulls

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同饲养水平对6月龄荷斯坦公牛网胃和瓣胃器官发育及组织形态的影响。选择9头健康的荷斯坦公牛,随机分为3组,日粮精粗比分别为6∶4(Ⅰ组)、5∶5(Ⅱ组)和4∶6(Ⅲ组),试验3个月后,通过制作组织切片及电镜观察,测定3组试验牛网胃和瓣胃官发育及组织形态的变化情况。试验结果表明:(1)各试验组网胃和瓣胃的黏膜结构均比较完整;(2)网胃和瓣胃的鲜重及鲜重/体重随日粮中粗料比例的增加而提高,Ⅲ组网胃和瓣胃的鲜重比Ⅰ组分别高出21.90%和19.93%(P<0.05);鲜重/体重方面,Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组分别高出29.86%和27.68%(P<0.05);(3)随日粮中粗饲料含量的增加,网胃和瓣胃的组织形态发育情况更好。通过与其他2试验组相比,Ⅲ组网胃和瓣胃的角化层厚度、固有膜宽度及乳头的发育显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:随着日粮中粗饲料的适当增加,促进了荷斯坦公牛网胃和瓣胃器官发育及组织形态变化。 Effects of different feeding levels on organ development and tissue morphology of reticulum and omasum of Holstein bulls at the age of 6 months were studied in this paper. Nine healthy Holstein bulls were used and divided into three groups randomly. Dietary concentrate to forage ratio were 6 : 4 (group I ), 5 : 5 (group II ) and 4 : 6 (group III ), respectively. Organ development and tissue morphology of reticulum and omasum of three groups were investigated by tissue section making and electron microscopic observation after 3 months. The results showed that: 1)mucosal structure of reticulum and omasum in three groups were all integrated; 2)fresh weight and the ratio of fresh weight to body weight of reticulum and omasum raised with the increase of the proportion of forage. Fresh weight of reticulum and omasum in group III were 21.90% and 19.93% higher than that in group I (P〈0.05) and ratio of fresh weight to body weight in group III were 29.86 % and 27.68 % higher than that in group I (P〈0.05) ; 3)the development of reticulum and omasum was better with the increase contents of forage. Compared with other groups, thickness of stratum corneum, width of lamina propria and apparent development of nipple in group III were significantly increased (P〈0.05). In conclusion, forage in diet could improve the development of reticulum and omasum organ and the change of tissue morphology of Holstein bulls.
