摘要
在断续流动条件下,采用自制的电化学流通池作为汞蒸气发生器,建立电化学冷蒸气发生法-原子荧光光谱联用技术对汞的分析方法。确定仪器的最佳条件,探讨了酸介质、电解电流等对测定结果的影响。在选定的操作条件下,汞的检出限为1.5ng/L。对1μg/LHg测定的相对标准偏差为2.3%(n=11)。方法应用于鲜牛奶中汞的测定,样品加标回收率在96%~104%之间。
A sensitive method for determination of mercury was developed using an intermittent flow electrochemical cold vapor generation coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry (ECVG-AFS). The mercury vapor was generated in the electrochemical flow cell. The operating conditions were optimized such as the concentration of sulfuric acid and the electrolytic current. The calibration curve was linear up to 5 μg/L Hg. A detection limit of 1.5 ng/L Hg and a relative standard deviation of 2.3 % for 1μg/L Hg were obtained. The method has been applied to the determination of trace mercury in milk, and the recovery was intherangeof 96 %--104 %.
