摘要
基于对我国社会主义新农村政策的解读,总结近年来广东省社会主义新农村规划建设实践工作,借鉴国外农村建设经验,剖析广东省新农村建设中存在的突出问题和规划重点,同时根据广东省内城乡建设新形势,提出广州市番禺区新农村规划实施管理宜从加强规划实施建设监管力度、加强建设指引、培训交流和公众参与等方面入手。
An analysis of improved rural planning policy and a summary of new rural construction practices provide a point of reference from which to examine the challenges and opportunities in Guangdong＇s new rural development. Within the Guangdong context, improved rural planning in Panyu should emphasize plan implementation management, construction guidelines, communication, and public participation.
