摘要
在对几种典型项目管理成熟度模型进行对比分析的基础上,结合我国房地产企业项目管理的现状和特点,构建了适合我国房地产企业的项目管理成熟度模型和评价指标体系,设计了评价步骤及方法,并以实例分析证明了该模型的科学性和实用性。
On the basis of comparison and analysis of several typical project management maturity models, considering current situation and features of project management in real estate enterprises in China, the paper builds a project management maturity model and an evaluation index system which are fit for real estate enterprises in china, designs the evaluation steps and methods, and takes an example to prove that the model is scientific and practical.
