摘要
运用经济学理论分析了水价与水需求量的关系,总结了国内外工业水价对工业用水量影响的研究结果。在理论分析和实践经验的基础上,提出工业水价的提高,对提高工业用水水平和促进节约用水具有显著作用。以咸阳市为例,建立了工业用水双对数模型,对工业用水的价格弹性进行定量分析,得出咸阳工业用水的价格弹性为-0.711。结果表明,在当前生产技术条件下,咸阳工业水价每增加10%,工业万元产值用水量减少7.11%。
Economical theory is used to analyze the relationship between water price and water demand in this paper. The advance of research on the effects of industrial water price on the consumption of industrial water is summarized, too. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and practical experience, it is put forward that raising the industrial water price has significant effect on improving the industrial water using efficiency and promoting water conservation. Taking the case of Xianyang city, double logarithmic model for industrial water is established to quantitatively analyze the price elasticity of industrial water. The conclusion is that price elasticity of industrial water of Xianyang city is -0. 711. The results indicate that the increase of industrial water price by 10% will result in the decrease of water consumption per 10 000 yuan of output value by 7.11% under the present productivity level.
