摘要
文章针对国内塑料回收行业中异色颗粒分拣的需求,设计了一套基于图像处理技术的塑料颗粒分拣装置,并为该装置编写了相应的软件。该装置采用差值处理、阀值处理、膨胀及腐蚀等图像处理技术,根据不同颜色的颗粒在RGB颜色系统中R,G,B3分量的差异进行识别。实验结果表明,基于图像处理技术的塑料颗粒分拣装置分拣效果好,性能可靠,成功地完成了对不同颜色塑料颗粒的自动分拣,分拣效率较人工分拣有极大的提高。
Aiming at the requirement of different color granules sorting in plastics recycling industry in our country, the paper designed a plastic sorting machine based on the image processing technology, and has compiled relevant software Jbr it. This machine adopts these image processing technology such as difference processing, threshold processing, dilation, erosion and so on, and identifies the granules according to the differential of 3-Component ( R, G, B ) of different granules in RGB color system. The experimental results show that the plastic sorting machine based on the image processing technology which owes well sorting effect, reliable performance, and successfully completes sorting the different color plastic granules automatically, and sorting efficiency compared with the manual sorting has improved greatly.
