基于阀式浇注系统的车灯反射体熔接痕的分析与控制 被引量:1

摘要 将阀式浇注系统应用于车灯反射体的注射成型,建立车灯反射体的3个阀式浇口,采用Moldflow软件模拟阀的开启时间以及各工艺参数对熔接痕的影响,通过多种工艺方案的比较,最终使车灯反射体上的熔接痕位置转移至分型面边缘,使熔接痕数量明显减少,提高了车灯反射体的表面质量和机械强度。 The valve-injection of runner system is used to injection molding of auto lamp reflector with three valve-gates. The software of Moldflow is applied to simulate the influence opening and closing times of valve and various technological parameters on weld marks. Through compared the various process programs, the results show that the weld-marks are transferred to borderline of parting surface, the amount of weld-marks can be well controlled by this method and the surface quality and mechanical strength of auto lamp reflector are improved.
