摘要
讨论了体积小,损耗低和可靠性高的贴片式介质滤波器的研究过程。该滤波器采用切比雪夫响应法设计,利用介电常数为37的高品质因数Q值陶瓷制作。从而使滤波器获得了中心频率为1420.5MHz、插入衰耗小于2.5dB的性能。结果表明,该微波器满足了1000~1500MHz频率范围特殊通讯要求。
The design of the SMD dielectric filter with small size, low insertion loss and high reliability is discussed in this paper. The filter is designed by Chebysher resonance method, and made from high Q factor dielectric Ceramic materials, of which the dielectric constant is 37. The center frequency of the filter is 1 420.5 MHz and insertion loss less than 2.5 dB. The test results show that the filter meets the requirements of the special communication applications at 1 000 MHz to 1 500 MHz.
