摘要
利用白腐菌处理染料废水,可通过其分泌的特殊降解酶系达到良好的脱色效果。主要研究了白腐菌pc5305对300mg/L萘酚绿-B染料的脱色效应。通过脱色率比较,可以从4种不同白腐菌中筛选出对萘酚绿-B具最佳脱色作用的pc5305,并对pc5305处理萘酚绿-B的脱色条件进行了优化。结果显示:白腐菌静置培养4天后用于染料脱色效果最好;在染料溶液初始pH4.4、处理过程振荡且接种量大于2.0×107个孢子/L条件下,pc5305可在8h内使浓度高达300mg/L的萘酚绿-B脱色90%以上。
Using white-rot fungi to treat dye wastewater can reach a good decolorization purpose by means of their specific degradation enzymes. This experiment mainly researched about the decolorization effect of 300 mg/L Naphthol Green-B dyes treated by white rot fungi pc5305. At first, the strain of pc5305 was screened for the best decolorization white rot fungus which used to treat Naphthol Green-B from the four different strains through comparing the decolorization rate. Secondly, we optimized the decolorization conditions of Naphthol Green-B with pc5305. The results showed that the optimal process for pc5305 decolorizing Naphthol Green-B dyes were those of initial pH 4.4, oscillating, using the four days static culture and the inoculation quantity greater than 2.0× 10^7 spores/L pc5305 to be inoculated. In this optimal decolorization conditions, the decolorization rate of pc5305 to 300 mg/L Naphthol Grecn-B dyes can reach above 90% within 8 h.
