摘要
为了适应席草收割机械化作业的要求,研制了席草收割机。详细介绍了席草收割机的工作原理、基本结构和主要创新点,设计了双重拨草机构、多路口单链错位夹持输送机构等工作部件,并进行了试验。试验结果表明,通过对席草收割机进行创新结构设计,可以实现席草的高效收割要求;该席草收割机具有广阔的推广应用价值。
In order to meet the requirements of mat grass mechanized harvesting, the mat grass harvester was developed. The work principle, the basic structure and the main innovation spot were introduced. Working parts such as of double allocation of grass mechanism, multi-junction single-chain conveyor gripping dislocating mechanism and etc. were developed. The experiment result shows that the mat grass harvester's innovativlly structural design may realize the mat grass harvester working highly effeetivlly, and has the broad promotion application value.
