摘要
合成了一种新型的巯基化合物,在金电极上形成自组装膜,以循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法(EIS)对自组装膜进行表征,基于其末端的氨基对铜离子的配位效应,实现了对铜离子的快速检测,并优化了沉积时间、pH、静止时间、沉积电压等检测条件。同时研究了铜离子与人血清白蛋白的相互作用。结果表明,该组装膜在2×10-7~2.5×10-3mol/L范围内对铜离子有线性响应,检出限为0.05μmol.L-1,其与蛋白的结合常数为2.20×103L/mol。银离子、锌离子等对铜离子的测定几乎没有干扰。
A new sulfur-compound was synthesized, and a self-assembly membrane was formed on a gold electrode. The electrochemical characteristics of this film were studied by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance technique. Copper ion could be detected due to its coordination with amino groups of the film. The detection conditions, such as deposition time, pH of solution, station time and depo- sition potential, were discussed in detail. The interaction of copper ion with human serum albumin (HSA) was also investigated. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between log- arithm of the current and logarithm of the copper concentration in the range of 2×10^-7~2.5×10^-3mol/L, and the detection limit was 0.05 μmol·L-1. The binding constant between HSA and cop- per ions was 2. 20 ×10^3 L/tool. The interferences of other metal ions, such as Ag+ and Zn2+ , were investigated, and results showed that these metal ions don't interfered with the determination of copper ions.
