摘要
建立甜菊糖甙中莱鲍迪甙A(简称为R—A)的HPLC定量分析方法。参照国标GB8270—1999甜菊糖甙含量测定方法,色谱柱采用Kromasil NH2柱(250mm×4.6mmi.d.,5um),乙腈:水=80:20为流动相,采用紫外检测器和运用外标法测定甜菊糖甙中的R—A。其质量浓度在0.1~1.0mg/mL时线性关系良好,平均回收率在101.51%,RSD为1.22%。该法简便,快速,重线性好,适用于甜菊糖甙中R—A的定量分析。
A quantitative method for the determination of rebaudioside A (R-A) in stevia rebaudiana extration by means of HPLC. According to GB 8270-1999, we used external standard method to determine R-A through UV detector and Kromasil NH2 Column (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d., 5 um) as analysis column, acetonitrile and water (80:20) as mobile phase. The linear range of R-A was 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. The average recovery was 101.51%,RSD was 1.22%. It is suggested that this method is simple, rapid and good linear for R-A quantitative analysis.
