摘要
建立甜菊糖甙中莱鲍迪甙A（简称为R—A）的HPLC定量分析方法。参照国标GB8270—1999甜菊糖甙含量测定方法，色谱柱采用Kromasil NH2柱（250mm×4．6mmi．d．，5um），乙腈：水=80：20为流动相，采用紫外检测器和运用外标法测定甜菊糖甙中的R—A。其质量浓度在0．1～1．0mg/mL时线性关系良好，平均回收率在101．51％，RSD为1．22％。该法简便，快速，重线性好，适用于甜菊糖甙中R—A的定量分析。
A quantitative method for the determination of rebaudioside A （R-A） in stevia rebaudiana extration by means of HPLC. According to GB 8270-1999, we used external standard method to determine R-A through UV detector and Kromasil NH2 Column （250 mm×4.6 mm i.d., 5 um） as analysis column, acetonitrile and water （80：20） as mobile phase. The linear range of R-A was 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. The average recovery was 101.51%,RSD was 1.22%. It is suggested that this method is simple, rapid and good linear for R-A quantitative analysis.
