摘要
在磁性材料颗粒料生产制备过程中,通常使用桃胶作为分散剂来降低料浆粘度,由于这种天然胶要经过加热熬制和过滤使用,熬制后放置易产生发酵变质,使用时加入量不易控制,且受环境影响很大,造成颗粒料产量及性能不稳定。针对桃胶的缺点我们寻找和选用多种合成有机分散剂进行探讨并稳定制浆工艺,改善颗粒料特性来提高产品合格率。

Because this kind of natural gum must boil the system and the filtration use after the heating, after boiling the system, lays aside easy Io have the fermentation deterioration, when the use joins the quantity not to be easy to control, and is been very big the environment stable influence, creates the aggregate output .and the performance is unstable. This article we seeks for and selects the many kinds of synthesis organic dispersing agent in view of the peach rubber's shortcoming, carries on the discussion stable pulping craft, the improvement aggregate characteristic raises the product qualified rate.
