摘要
当前,大学生择业过程中的从众心理有着不良的影响和危害。盲目从众既影响社会人力资源的合理配置又影响个人的自我发展,因此,要对大学生的盲目从众心理加以正确的引导,帮助大学生树立正确的择业观。
Group psychology students. Group psychology students＇ persontality. As a in college students＇ job - selecting is influenced by some factors and it harms the affects the rational disstribution of human resources and the development of result, proper guiding is needed to help students establish a correct concept of career.
