摘要
目的:考察一味药烫伤膏对大鼠实验性烫伤的治疗作用。方法:建立了大鼠实验性烫伤模型,考察一味药烫伤膏的治疗作用。并且采用氯胺T氧化法考察一味药烫伤膏对大鼠烫伤部位羟脯氨酸含量的影响。结果:一味药烫伤膏能明显缩短烫伤愈合时间,并能明显提高大鼠烫伤部位羟脯氨酸含量。结论:一味药烫伤膏对烫伤有一定的治疗作用,具有开发价值。
OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiweiyao ointment on scalded wound on rats. METHODS Experimental animal models of scalded wound were built and content of hydroxyproline in scalded skin was determined. RESULTS Yiweiyao ointment could promote the healing of scalded wound. The content of hydroxyproline in scalded skin was significantly increased. CONCLUSION Yiweiyao ointment is useful for the treatment of scalded wound. It is worthy to be studied furthermore.
