摘要
采用真空渗流法制备微孔复合泡沫铝,探讨了各种工艺因素对渗流长度的影响规律,并从理论上进行了分析研究。结果表明,空心微珠分别经水和硝酸钇预处理后,渗流长度随空心微珠粒径的增大而显著增大,随铝液浇注温度、空心微珠及铸型预热温度的升高而急剧增大,随型腔横截面直径增大而明显减小,同时对型腔施加适当物理振动也能改善渗流长度。
Micro-pore foam aluminum was prepared by vacuum infiltration,and effects of different process on infiltrated length were approached theoretically. The results indicate that the hollow micro-balls pretreated by water and yttrium nitrate,respectively,the infiltrated length is greatly increased with increasing in diameters of the micro-balls,and it is drastically raised with increasing in pouring temperature of aluminum alloy,preheating temperature of micro-balls and mould,however,it is decreased with increasing in cavity section diameters. In addition,infiltrated length is improved with exerting mechanical vibration on the cavity.
