摘要
采用室内模拟的聚合物驱采出水,考察了聚合物对其稳定性的影响,以该采出水为介质,研制出一种阳离子型反相破乳剂HEU-7,并对其破乳机理进行了讨论。结果表明,HEU-7对模拟污水及渤海油田现场聚驱采出水均有较好的除油效果,当其用量为60mg/L时,30min后除油率达到90%以上。
The indoor simulated polymer flooding produced water has been used to investigate the effect of the polymer on the stability. This water is used as medium. Then, the cationic reversed phase demulsifier HEU-7 has been developed for the treatment of polymer flooding produced water in Bohai Oilfield, and the mechanism of demulsification is also discussed. The results show that the oil removal efficiency of HEU-7 is effective to both of the simulated wastewater and polymer flooding produced water in Bohai Oiffield. When the dosage of HEU-7 is 60 mg/L, the oil removal rate of the produced water is above 90% after 30 min.
