手屈肌腱修复术后就开始被动屈伸锻炼52例治疗体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价手屈肌腱修复术后开始被动锻练,防治肌腱粘连的疗效。方法本组收治52例78条手部肌腱断裂,其中男38例,女14例;年龄16~64岁,平均30.9岁;左手17例,右手35例;肌腱损伤部位在第Ⅱ区35条,第Ⅲ区11条,第Ⅳ区19条,第Ⅴ区13条。其中拇指7条,食指29条,中指25条,环指14条,小指3条。受伤原因:切割伤42例,挤压伤8例,碾轧伤2例。受伤距手术时间1~8h。结果52例均随访5个月,采用TAM评定标准,52例78条肌腱,优67条,良11条。结论手屈肌腱修复后就进行患指被动屈伸,对防治肌腱粘连及恢复手关节的功能非常重要。
