摘要
目的:探讨医护人员对癌症病情告知的态度及影响因素。方法:对634名医护人员进行癌症病情告知的态度及影响因素问卷调查。结果:医务人员对癌症病情告知的态度评分为3.36±1.08,对癌症病情告知处于不确定及赞同之间;医护人员对癌症病情告知的态度与其所在科室、职业、职称、学历、住院经历、重病接触史、处理死亡经历及宗教信仰有关。结论:医务人员对癌症病情告知的态度较慎重,不认同向癌症患者完全告知其真实病情。医护人员应尊重患者的意愿,满足他们合情合理的要求,应因人而异,实施不同的告知策略。
Objective：To explore medical professionals＇ attitude toward diagnostic disclosure and influencing factors.Method：Totally 634 medical professionals were investigated with self-designed questionnaire in terms of their attitude toward diagnostic disclosure.Result：The medical professionals scored 3.36 ± 1.08 in the attitude toward diagnostic disclosure of cancer.The disclosure is between uncertainty and approval.The major factors that influenced medical professionals＇attitudes towards diagnostic disclosure include working departments,careers, technical titles,education background,hospitalization experience,the history of deal with severe cases,the experience of handling dead cases, and religious beliefs.Conclusion：Medical professionals hold a cautious attitude toward diagnostic disclosure of cancer, and they don＇t agree on complete disclosure to cancer patients.Medical professionals should respect patients＇will,employ individualized informing strategies to meet patients＇ informational needs.
