摘要
考虑到多工艺路线中设备的选择,引入了定性与定量的指标,建立了设备评价指标体系,用层次分析法与熵值法来改进灰色关联度模型,并用于可重构制造单元的设备选择,最后通过生产实际证明了该方法的有效性。
Considering the number of routes in the choice of equipment, evaluation index system of equipment was set up by introducing a qualitative and quantitative indicators. AHP and entropy method was applicated to improve the relevance of grey model, and select the equipment of reconfigurable manufacturing unit. This method was proved to be effectiveness through actual production.
