摘要
用乙酰丙酮、氰乙酸乙酯和硫粉为原料在三乙胺的作用下合成了5-乙酰基-2-氨基-4-甲基噻吩-3-甲酸乙酯,通过元素分析、核磁对其结构进行表征,并对其荧光性能进行了初步测试,对反应机理和反应条件进行了讨论。
Ethyl 5 - acetyl - 2 - amino - 4 - methylthiophene - 3 - carboxylate were obtained from reaction of acetylacetone, ethyl cyanoacetate, sulfur and triethylamine. The structure was characterized by elementary analysis and MHz spectrometry, and their novel fluorescence property was also investigated.
