摘要
目的观察6种黄酮对大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法将Wister大鼠60只随机分成6组,即淫羊藿总黄酮组、骨碎补总黄酮组、菟丝子总黄酮组、柚皮甙组、檞皮素组、橙皮甙组,每组10只。6组分别皮下注射去甲肾上腺素大鼠血瘀模型造模。第2 d 6组分别按200 mg/kg的剂量予淫羊藿总黄酮、骨碎补总黄酮、菟丝子总黄酮、柚皮甙、檞皮素、橙皮甙灌胃,每日1次,连续21 d。于第22 d分离大鼠腹主动脉取血,观察各组血液流变学指标。结果6种黄酮中骨碎补总黄酮与淫羊藿总黄酮对血液流变学全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数的影响作用较明显(P<0.05),柚皮甙、菟丝子总黄酮、橙皮甙、檞皮素则无明显影响。结论6种黄酮比较,骨碎补总黄酮与淫羊藿总黄酮可有效降低血液黏度,防止红细胞聚集。
Objective To observe the effect of six flavonoids on haemorheology and platelet aggregation in rat. Method 60 rats were divided into six groups by random, They were epimedium group, drynaria group, Semen Cuseutae group, naringin group, quercetin group and hesperidin group, only 10 per group. Rats in six groups were subcutaneous injected with Norepinephrine for establishing stasis model. Second day, rats in 6 groups were intragastritally administered according to the dose of 200 mg/kg of total flavonoids of epimedium, total flavonoids of drynaria, total flavonoids of semen cuscutae, total flavonoids of naringin, quercetin, hesperidine, once a day for 21 days. On 22 days, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation in blood from abdominal aorta were measured. Results Six kinds of flavonoid has different effect on platelet aggregation and blood viscosity of index, action of total flavonoids of epimedium and total flavonoids of drynaria was superior to that in total flavonoids of semen cuscutae, total flavonoids of cit- rus, quercetin and hesperidine ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Six flavonoids are invigorating kidney herbal. Total flavonoids of epimedium and total flavonoids of drynaria can effectively decrease blood viscosity, prevent erythroeyte ag- gregation, inhibit platelet aggregation, promote blood flow, prevent and treat ischemic injury.
