摘要
目的了解护理专业实习学生和住院患者对优质护理服务的观点，探讨这两类人群对优质护理服务理解的差异，使护理专业实习学生领会优质护理的本质。方法 抽取2007年1月至2009年1月在我科住院的患者和护理实习学生各81名进行问卷调查，问卷共27项内容，使用SPSS软件包进行统计分析。结果患者和护理实习学生认为最重要的优质护理服务内容的前10项中有8项相同，但对知识丰富此项内容观点上的差异有统计学意义。结论临床教师必须把人性化服务的观念和人文关怀整体护理服务理念的培养作为临床护理教育的新主题。
Objective To investigate nursing students and inpatients＇ opinions about high-quality nursing service and explore the differences of opinions of them, in order to let the nursing students understand the essence of high-quality nursing care. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 81 inpatients and 81 nursing students from January 2007 to January 2009,who were selected by convenient sampling,the questionnaire included 27 items. Data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results Of the 10 most important nursing service items,8 items were same between the inpatients and nursing students. But there were significant differences in the opinion about rich in knowledge between the two groups. Conclusion Clinical teachers should put the cultivation of humanistic service and whole nursing concept as a new subject in clinical nursing education.
