摘要
探讨了59例腰椎退行性侧弯患者行后路减压融合固定术后并发症的护理。术前测量基础运动量,做好脊柱柔韧度的训练,进行肺通气功能训练及合并症的评估与治疗,降低手术风险。术后严密监护呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度及心电图的变化,监护脊髓、神经功能,做好并发症的预防和观察,重视综合功能锻炼。本组出现1例切口深部感染、2例肺部感染、1例肠系膜上动脉综合征,未发生血管、神经、肌肉的损伤及其他并发症。本组通过治疗、护理均康复出院。认为做好充分的术前评估和准备,能降低手术风险,术后严密的观察和监测能及早发现问题,是预防和治疗并发症的关键。
This paper reports the preventive measures and nursing care of postoperative complications of posterior spinal decompression and fusion in patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis. The preoperative nursing measures to reduce risks in operation included exercise assessment,training of spinal reflexeity, excercise of pulmonary ventilation function,evaluation and treatment of complicated diseases. After the operation ,the measures included close monitoring of breath ,blood pressure,saturation of blood oxygen,and electrocardiogram, careful observation of spinal cord and nerve functions as well as postoperative complications. One patient suffered from surgical wound infection,two with pneumonia,and one with superior mesenteric artery syndrome. No injuries of blood vessel,nerve and muscle occurred. All the patients were cured and discharged. Sufficient preoperative evaluation and preparation,and close monitoring on the early signs of complications are the key points to prevent and cure postoperative complications.
