摘要
目的:检查北细辛药材及数种中成药中的马兜铃酸A。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,紫外检测器,以Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)测定马兜铃酸A的含量,流动相为甲醇-水-二甲基甲酰胺-冰醋酸(25∶13∶1∶1,v/v),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长315nm,柱温35℃。结果:在所选定的色谱条件下,细辛药材及含细辛药材的中成药未检出马兜铃酸A。结论:该检测方法测得马兜铃酸A最低检出量为1.8×10-4μg,为马兜铃酸A的检测提供了一种灵敏、经济、可行的科学方法。北细辛药材及含细辛药材的中成药中均未检出马兜铃酸A。
This is a study to measure aristolochic acid A in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. and a number of other selected traditional Chinese medicines. In the study, a high performance liquid chromatography with Ultraviolet/Visible detector in reversed-phase (Hypersil C18 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)column was employed to detect the existence of aristolochic acid A in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. and a number of other selected traditiona, Chinese Medicines. Methanol-Water- dimethylformamide- 0.1% glacial acetic acid (25:13:1:1, v/v) was set with a flow rate of 1.0 mL-min-1. Detection wavelength was adjusted at 315 nm, and oven temperature 35 ℃. Results show that in the selected chromatographic conditions, no aristolochic acid A has been found in Asarum medicinal herbs and in proprietary Chinese medicines containing Asarum. It is believed that the method is able to detect aristolochic acid A in the minimum detectable amount (1.8×0^-4μg), providing a sensitive, economic, scientific and feasible method for measuring aristolochic acid A. Study confirms the fact that aristolochic acid A has not been found in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. and a number of other selected traditional Chinese medicines.
