摘要
[目的]探讨15龄和4龄的苜蓿根际土壤的不同浓度化感作用的强弱及其对后茬作物生长的影响。[方法]将苜蓿土壤浸提液稀释成一系列浓度梯度,采用纸上萌发试验培养苜蓿、糜子和莜麦种子。[结果]两个年龄苜蓿浸提液对莜麦种子萌发无影响,对糜子、苜蓿种子的萌发有显著的抑制作用,抑制力的强度为糜子>苜蓿,且浓度越高,抑制作用越强,15龄苜蓿土壤浸提液的抑制力强于4龄。两个年龄的苜蓿浸提液对糜子的根长、苗高均无影响,但显著抑制了苜蓿的根系生长。4龄苜蓿能促进莜麦根系和幼苗地上部分的生长,随着土壤溶液浓度的增加,促进作用也增强。[结论]15龄苜蓿根际土壤的化感作用强于4龄苜蓿,对糜子、苜蓿均有抑制作用,4龄苜蓿土壤能促进莜麦幼苗的生长,建议苜蓿后茬作物播种莜麦。
[ Objective] The ability of the allelopathy of the different concentrations of extracts from the soil around the alfalfa roots with 15 year-old and 4 year-old and its effect on following crop growth were researched. [ Method ] The Medicago sativa L. , Panicum miliaceum L. and Arena nuda L. seeds were cultured on the paper containing the different concentrations of extracts. [ Results] There was not efficiency of the extracts from the soil around the Medicago sativa L. roots on seed germination of Panicum miliaceum L. , but the significant inhibition effi- ciency on Avena nuda L. and Medicago sativa L. seed germination. The inhibition intensive to seed germination was Arena nuda L. 〉 Medi- cago sativa L. , and the higher the concentration was, the stronger the inhibiting ability was. The inhibition ability of the extract from the soil around the Medicago sativu L. roots with 15 year-old was higher than 4 year-old to seed germination. There was not efficiency of the extracts on the root length and plant height of Panicum miliaceum L. but the significant inhibition efficiency on the root growth of Medicago sativa L. The extract from the soil around the Medicago sativa L. roots with 4 year-old could promote the growth of the root and aerial parts of Avena nu- da L. and the higher the concentration was, the more the promoting role was. [ Conclusion] The ability of the allelopathy of the extracts from the soil around the Medicago sativa L. roots with 15 year-old is higher than 4 year-old, which had the inhibition to Avena nuda L. and Medica- go sativa L.. The extract from the soil around the Medicago sativa L. roots with 4 year-old could promote the seedling growth of Arena nuda L. It was recommended that the Avena nuda L. be grown after the alfalfa harvesting.
