摘要
通过对深基坑工程风险的分析,说明了实行风险管理的必要性。基于基坑工程特点,提出建立参建各方共同参与的风险管理组织架构,根据风险识别、评估、预控和跟踪控制四大管理任务分别设计了相应的工作流程和工作表格,并制定了包括专家评审制度的各项管理制度和基于控制论反馈思想的风险控制方法。然后选取某轨道交通换乘车站基坑工程进行试点,取得了良好的风险管理效果,验证了该风险管理体系的良好应用价值。
Firstly, the need for the implementation of risk management is proved by risk analysis for deep foundation pit. To build an organizational structure of risk management based on characteristics of deep foundation pit with all aspects involving is proposed, which is on basis of the effectiveness of risk management. Risk identification, assessment process, risk pre-control process, risk track control process and corresponding work list, are designed according to risk management tasks. And protecting disciplines including expert review, as well as risk control methods based on feedback of cybernetics are applied to protect the effectiveness of risk management. A foundation project of certain subway transaction stop is taken as an example. The results show that the risk management system proposed in this paper is effective, and its application value is proved as well.
