摘要
提出一种基于双向反激DC/DC变换器的逆变拓扑电路,介绍了电路的工作原理和控制原理,给出了优化的控制方案和主要参数设计,并进行了实验验证。解决了半桥双向电流源高频链逆变器2个桥臂电容电压不平衡的问题及推挽式双向电流源高频链逆变器需要另外设置抑制电压尖峰电路的问题。在反激逆变器工作在电感电流连续模式的基础上,引入了同步整流控制策略,同时实现了零电压开通,有效地减少了整流管的通态损耗及开关损耗。电路结构简单,运行可靠;具有良好的稳态和动态特性,负载适应性好,具有四象限运行的能力。
An inverter topology circuit based on bi- directional flyback DC/DC converter is proposed,and its working principle and control principle are presented, as well as the control scheme and main parameter design with test verification. The problems,the unbalanced capacitor voltages of the two chain bridge arms in the half- bridge bi- directional current- source high- frequency- link inverter and the additional setup for restraining the voltage rush of push- pull bi- directional current- source high-frequency -link inverter,are avoided. Based on the flyback inverter operating under continuous conduction mode,the synchronous rectification control scheme is established to reduce the conduction loss of rectifier diodes. The circuit has simple structure and stable operation,with good steady- state and dynamic properties,load adaptability and four-quadrant operation capability.
