摘要
目的调查和了解心脏瓣膜置换术后病人抗凝治疗依从性行为及电话随访对其抗凝治疗依从性行为的影响。方法将125例心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝治疗的病人随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(60例),两组病人在住院期间均接受系统的健康教育和出院指导,观察组在此基础上采取电话跟踪随访,1年后调查两组病人抗凝治疗依从性及发生并发症的情况。结果1年后观察组病人抗凝治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),出血并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电话跟踪随访可提高心脏瓣膜置换术后病人抗凝治疗的依从性,明显减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate and,understand the compliance behavior of anticoagulant therapy for patients after cardiac valve replacement, and to study the telephone follow-up＇s influence on compliance behavior of anticoagulant therapy for these patients. Methods 125 cases of anticoagulation after heart valve replacement patients were randomly divided into observation group（65 cases） and control group（60 eases）. Both two groups were received health education system and discharged guide in hospital, and the observation group which is taken on the basis of telephone follow-up,and luther to survey the compliance behavior of anticoagulant therapy and its compliations after one year. Results After one year,The compliance behaviour of anticoagulant of the observation group is obviously super than the control group（P〈 0.05 ）, but the incidence of complication is obviously infra than the conctrol group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The telephone follow-up can raise the complicanee behavior of anticoagulant theraphy for patients after cardiac valve replacement, and significantly reduced the incidence of complications.
