摘要
深圆筒件的拉深模是冲压模具中设计的一个难点,关键在如何确定拉深次数。拉深次数过多,增加生产成本;拉深次数过少,容易出现许多质量问题。本文专门针对这类深圆筒件,系统地分析了其拉深工艺,介绍了模具的设计。
The drawing die is difficult to design for the deep cylindrical pieces, of which the key problem is the way to determine the quantity of drawing. The larger drawing quantity causes big cost, while the smaller produces bad quality. Aiming at this kind of deep cylindrical pieces, the drawing technical process has been analyzed in the text, and the die has been designed.
