摘要
知识经济导致生产力的高度发达,余暇时间的日益增多,为休闲体育的兴起创造了充分的物质基础,全球化、高科技同时导致人们身心的高度紧张,人们休闲理念的变化以及体育功能从生产到生活,从"紧张训练到休闲娱乐"的适应性转化,为休闲体育的发展提供了契机.
The knowledge - based economy leads to a highly developed productive forces, increasing leisure time for the rise of leisure sports. Globalization and high- tech at the same time lead to a high degree of physical and mental tension, which changes the concept of leisure and sports features of the production and life from training to leisure, laying the base for the development.
