摘要
通过对湖南省八所新建本科院校体育院系教师资源现状,以及院系人才培养竞争力与科研竞争力进行研究,旨在提升新建本科院校的发展水平,在同水平和同类别同区域范畴内根据高校核心竞争力水平进行优势对比,为湖南省新建本科院校的发展建设提供参考.调查结果显示,在教师资源竞争力方面,八所院校大多低于国家标准;在人才培养竞争力方面,办学规模较稳定但教授生均占有率偏低;在科研方面,向教学科研型高校发展方向靠拢.分析原因与新建本科院校人才引进政策的制定、教师资源分配不合理、注重科研影响力有密切联系.
Through research carried out in eight newly - upgraded universities in Hunan Province, this paper tries to analyze the teachers' resources of P. E. department and science competences to promote their development. Based on the comparison research, this paper could serve as a reference. The result shows that the level of teachers' competences in those eight universities is lower than national standards. With stable student enrollment, those universities have a low student professor ratio with a research focus on teaching methods. The reasons lay in the making of development guidelines, improper teacher distribution and over- concentration of research influence.
