摘要
主要探讨了3种因素(即反应时间、反应温度和酯化剂用量)对合成醋酸酯淀粉取代度的影响,并通过测试其在浆料方面的性能,分析得到了制备高取代醋酸酯变性淀粉的最佳工艺,合成了适合上浆的高取代醋酸酯淀粉。
The influence of three factors, the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the dosage of the esterifying agent on the substitution degree of the synthetic acetic ester starch, are mainly discussed in this paper. The sizing property of the acetic ester starch is also tested, the optimum processing technology with the size is obtained and the high substituent acetic ester modified starch size is finally synthesised which is suitable for sizing.
