摘要
通过对老年性痴呆的临床观察,基于其肾精亏虚的基本病机,痰瘀互阻的病理因素,在治疗上应从补肾祛痰化瘀入手,从而提高临床疗效。
Through the clinical observation of Senile Dementia, its basic pathogenesis based on deficiency of kidney-essence, and its pathological factors come down to syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, it should start with removing blood stasis expectorant bushen in the treatment, in order to enhance clinical efficacy.
