摘要
以钛铁粉、铁粉、镍粉、蔗糖为原料,通过前驱体热分解复合技术制备Fe-Ni-Ti-C系反应喷涂粉末,利用氧乙炔火焰喷涂技术原位合成并沉积了TiC/FeNi复合涂层。采用XRD、SEM和EDS观察分析了复合涂层的形态、相组成和组织结构,讨论了工艺参数对涂层组织性能的影响。研究结果表明:涂层基体为片状的Fe-Ni固溶体合金,增强相为弥散分布的TiC颗粒,TiC颗粒大致呈球形,粒度一般在0.5μm以下,少量的Ti2O3与TiC颗粒形成共生聚集区;TiC含量以及Fe的不同加入方式对涂层组织结构产生影响。经磨损试验TiC/FeNi复合涂层的磨损面积约为Ni60涂层的20%。
Fe-Ni-Ti-C composite powders for reactive flame spray,using ferrotitanium,iron,nickel and sucrose as raw materials,were prepared.TiC/FeNi composite coatings were synthesized and deposited by reactive flame spraying(RFS) using these Fe-Ni-Ti-C composite powders.XRD,SEM and EDS were employed to analyze composition and microstructure of the TiC/FeNi composite coatings.The results show that the TiC/FeNi composite coatings are composed of layers in which round TiC particles are dispersed in FeNi-alloy matrix, the round TiC particle size are mosdy less than 0.5μm. TiC contents affect the composition and microstructure of the composite coatings, and Fe from ferrotitanium or pure iron exhibits different effects on microstructure of the composite coatings. The abrasion area of TiC/FeNi composite coatings is about one-fifth of Ni60 coatings under the condition of SRV abrasion test.
