摘要
创新能力的培养是研究生教育的灵魂,为了提高研究生的创新能力,在研究生培养中要明确培养目标,传授研究方法,创新培养教育模式,注重学科知识的交叉,同时不断提升导师的创新素质。
The cultivation of innovation ability is the the innovative ability of postgraduates, the postgraduate soul of postgraduate education. In order to improve cultivation objectives must be clarified, the research methods must be delivered. We should innovate the cultivating model, emphasize interdisciplinary knowledge and improve supervisors＇innovativeness continously.
