摘要
特发性膜性肾病是以肾小球基底膜上皮细胞下免疫复合物沉积伴肾小球基底膜弥漫增厚为特征的一组疾病。特发性膜性肾病由于病情变化缓慢且自发性波动,预后差别大以及药物治疗相对不敏感等特点,至今尚无公认的治疗方案。本文就激素及激素联合各种免疫抑制剂在特发性膜性肾病中的应用予以综述。
Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is a group of diseases characterized by immune complex deposition in glomerular basement membrane of epithelial cells with diffuse thickening of glomerular basement membrane. Idiopathic membranous nephropathy lack of treatment to etiology, because of its condition and spontaneous fluctuations in the slow changes, the prognosis is very different and the treatment is relatively non-sensitive, so there haven＇t been any generally accepted treatments yet. This article reviewed the application in idiopathic membranous nephropathy.
