摘要
目的观察解郁合剂治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法100例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(口服解郁合剂合并氟西汀)和对照组(口服氟西汀)各50例,分别于治疗前、治疗4周后根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAM D)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定两组患者临床症状、心理及躯体障碍的变化。结果治疗后两组抑郁症患者的临床症状和心理、躯体障碍均得到了改善,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论解郁合剂联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效可靠,可以较好地改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of 3ieyu Mixture （Mixture Solution for Depression） on depression. Methods Totally 100 depression patients were randomized into treatment group （oral taking of Jieyu Mixture and fluoxetine） and control group （oral taking of fluoxetine） with 50 cases in each. Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）, Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, and Symptom Check List 90 （SCL-90） were used to observe the changes of clinical symptoms, psychological and physical disturbances of both groups. Results Eoth groups were improved in relieving the symptoms and psychological and physical disturbances. Compared with before treatment, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Jieyu Mixture combined with fluoxetine for depression is reliable in relieving clinical symptoms.
