摘要
认为煤电供应链领导权位置的转移,其本质原因是供应链企业自身资源的变化促使供应链的约束瓶颈转移,煤炭资源的稀缺度和开采难度的增加,促使平煤集团成为煤电供应链的领导企业。
According to the author, transfer of leader＇s position in the coal - electricity supply chain is actually caused by the changes in the resources of the supplier, which leads to the transfer of the bottleneck of the TOC. In reality, the rareness of the coal resources and increasing difficulties in coal mining render Pingdingshan Coal Group leader＇s position in the coal - electricity supply chain.
