摘要
我国磷肥生产能力和产量均居世界第一,黄磷生产能力占世界总产能80%以上,磷酸盐和磷化物产品生产能力≥1200万t/a,年产量800万t,品种100多个。我国磷化工已具备了做强的基本条件。建议在优化原料配置、优化产品产业结构、提高行业集中度、加强资源综合利用、构建循环经济产业、加强环境保护等方面加强工作,使我国尽早成为磷化工强国。
Production capacity and output of China phosphate fertilizer are respectively ranking first in the world. The phosphorous production capacity takes up over 80% of the world total. The annual production capacity of phosphate and phosphorous compound is more than 12 thousand tons; the annual output is 8 000 thousand tons with over 100 varieties. To put forward some suggestions in order to reinforce China phosphorous chemical industry, i.e. to optimize the raw materials, products and industrial structure, to centralize the industry, to strengthen resource comprehensive utilization and environmental production, to construct circular economic industry.
