摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病治疗及药学服务模式。方法:根据糖尿病治疗的研究进展,结合本院用药情况,交流门诊药房药学服务主要内容。结果与结论:通过对糖尿病患者开展药学服务,帮助患者正确认识糖尿病治疗,以及早期应用胰岛素的益处和必要性。及时发现并解决实际存在的用药问题,防止潜在用药问题的发生,从而使糖尿病患者达到更好的血糖控制,预防各种急慢性并发症的发生和发展。提高其生活质量,避免或减少糖尿病相关性死亡。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate diabetic treatment and pharmacy service in diabetic patients.METHODS：In accordance with the progress of diabetic treatment,pharmacy services were propagated,based on current situation of our hospital.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Pharmacy service was given to diabetic patients were helped to find a correct understanding about insulin treatment,as well as the benefits and necessity of early use.It could detect and address the real drug problem,prevent potential problems of drug use,achieve better blood glucose control,and prevented acute and chronic complications.Pharmacy service would help patients to improve their quality of life and avoid or reduce diabetes-related death.
