摘要
合成了11个新的含三氮唑环的Schiff碱类化合物,UV、IR、HNMR谱和元素分析确定了它们的结构,生物活性测试表明,一些化合物具有明显的植物生长调节活性,其中化合物Ⅱe、Ⅰb、Ⅰc和Ⅰc具有良好的细胞分裂素活性,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅰ、Ⅰ、Ⅰ和Ⅰ具有优异的生根性能。
Eleven new Schiff bases of triazole have been synthesized for the first time. Their physical constants, UV, IR, 1H NMR, elementary analysis and biological activity were originally studied. It is found from the results of biological activity tests that nine compounds have a remarkable activity on plant growth regulation. Compounds Ⅰ b, Ⅰ c, Ⅰ e and Ⅱ e have a good activity on cytokinin, compounds Ⅰ a, Ⅰ e, Ⅰ i, Ⅰ j and Ⅱ a have a excellent activity on growth of root.
