摘要
目的探讨高血压性脑出血的术后护理措施。方法密切观察患者意识、瞳孔变化,控制血压,做好呼吸系统护理和引流管护理,改善营养状况,加强康复护理和心理护理等。结果好转出院50例,死亡5例。结论科学、严密、有效的护理措施,可提高高血压性脑出血术后护理质量,降低死亡率及致残率。
Objective To investigate a nursing measure for the patients of postoperative hypertensive intracerbral hemorrhage. Methods Close observation of patients with consciousness, pupillary changes, controlling blood pressure, respiratory care and good drainage tube care, improving nutrition and strengthening rehabilitation care and mental care. Results 50 cases discharged from the hospital,5 cases were dead. Conclusion Scientific, strict and effective care measures can improve the postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage care quality, reduce mortality and disability.
