摘要
利用北方冬季天然冰,保持贮藏库内一定数量的冰和水同时共存,即能自动维持O℃恒温,达到很好的贮藏效果。此方案不需要高标准建筑,不需要大量资金,不搞现代化自动恒温控制设备,适用于没有电力的地方。
Having certain amount of ice and water coexisted in the storage house by making use of the winters natural ice in the North Area, the 0℃ constant temperature in it can be maintained so-as to get the good result of the fruit and vegetable preservation. This storage house costs less money. It does not need high standard building. Moreover, it is especially suitable for those places where there is neither electricity nor modernized automatic constant temperature control instruments.
