摘要
根据煤磨机噪声现场测量数据,对噪声具体分布状况进行研究,在总结分析噪声机理和形成原因的基础上,运用吸声、隔声、消声和振动控制等相关技术,提出实用有效的煤磨机噪声综合治理方案。该技术方案经过不断设计完善与优化,使用效果佳,安全生产效益高,经济性好。
According to the measured data of the noise from the coal grinding machine on site, the article studies on the concrete noise distribution situation, applies sound absorption, sound insulation, sound elimination, vibration control and other relevant technology based on the generalization and analysis of the noise mechanism and the forming reason, brings forward the practical and effective comprehensive treatment scheme on the coal grinding machine noise. By the continuous design perfection and optimization, the technology scheme owns many merits, such as good application effect, high safety production benefit and remarkable economical efficiency.
