摘要
目的应用强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症,评价该方法的治疗效果。方法对231例患有面部毛细血管扩张症患者采用强脉冲光进行1-3次治疗,每隔3周一次,对比拍照、记录,做出评估。结果患者均能配合治疗,其中痊愈165例(71.43%);明显有效22例(9.52%);一般有效15例(6.49%);总有效率达87%。结论通过设定合适的治疗参数,采用强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of intense pulse light（IPL） on facial telangiectasias. Methods A total of 231 patients with facial telangiectasias were treated with IPL for 1 - 3 times, once every three weeks. The photos of patients were taken before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated by contrasting the records. Results All patients received the treatment by IPL quantum SR. Of all, 165 cases （71.43 % ）cured,22 cases （9.52%）partially recovered and 15 cases （6.49 % ）were improved. The total effective rate was 87 %. Conclusion IPL has been proven to be a safe, effective and very valuable tool for the treatment of facial telangiectasias through the choice of reasonable parameters.
