摘要
研究不同营养液浓度对土人参可溶性蛋白质含量、抗氧化系统及根系活力的影响。结果表明,与对照土培比,营养液培养的土人参叶片MDA的累积量随着营养液浓度的提高先降后升,以1倍营养液浓度培养的含量最低;同时土人参叶片中SOD、POD、CAT的活性和可溶性蛋白含量都有不同程度的提高,而ASA含量在营养液浓度小于1倍浓度时均有显著升高,这可能是土人参对养分胁迫的适应性响应。与土培相比,除水培外,处理所用的几种营养浓度都提高了土人参根系活力,且以1倍营养液浓度时活力最大。因此,初步推断营养液在低浓度时随着浓度的升高,促进土人参生长;高浓度营养液抑制土人参生长;1倍营养液浓度最适宜土人参生长。
The soluble protein content, antioxidant system, and root activity of Talinum paniculatum treated with different concentrations of nutrient solution were investigated. The results showed that in comparison with the control ( soil - culture), the content of malondialhyde (MDA) in Talinum paniculatum leaves decreased at first and then significantly increased when the concentration of the nutrient solution increased, which was the lowest when 1 times dilute nutrient solution was applied. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), and the content of soluble protein were elevated to a certain extent, while the content of ascorbic acid (ASA) was obviously enhanced when the concentration of the nutrient solution was below 1 times. The root activities were all increased, especially in the treatment of 1 times concentration, except for water - culture. So it could be preliminarily inferred that: at low nutrient solution concentrations, the growth of Talinum paniculatum was promoted along with the increasing of concentration, and high concentrations of nutrient solution inhibited the growth. Among different concentrations, 1 times dilute nutrient solution was optimum for Talinum paniculatum.
